Giving Hoosiers a Helping Hand out of their medical debt

The Indiana Health Fund continues to build our financial and educational resources to help those in our community impacted by medical debt. We have launched our Helping Hands Campaign to assist hardworking Hoosier families affected by debt from the gap in access to affordable healthcare. All gifts of support are welcomed and appreciated by the Indiana Health Fund. Indiana Health Fund is a 501c3 tax exempt organization. Please consider donating at any of the following levels:

Founder                                        $5,000 and above

1. Donor’s name and family will be listed on the first tier of donors on the Indiana Health Fund Website

2. Donor’s name and family will be included in the year end Indiana Health Fund newsletter

3. Donors and a guest will be automatically included as attendees for Indiana Health Fund events…more information about events to come

President’s Circle                      $1,000 – $4,999 

1. Donor’s name and family will be listed on the second tier of donors on the Indiana Health Fund Website

2. Donor’s name and family will be included in the year end Indiana Health Fund newsletter

Friend                                              $500 – $999

1. Donor’s name will be included on the third tier of donors on the Indiana Health Fund website

Helping Hand                               $100 – $499

1. Donor’s name will be included on the fourth tier of donors on the Indiana Health Fund website
